This was the first in a series of campaigns designed to personalize doctors. Many people are intimidated by doctors and these commercials were designed to pull the veil back and show the personal side of the cardo doctors, their thoughts, their passions, their backgrounds and what makes them “tick”, just like normal people do. Did it work? Yes, it was a great success shown by letters to the hospital and many comments to the doctors and their staffs.
